Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Stable IPTV website and subscription. By subscribing or using the site you agree to them. In short: subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term with no auto-renewal; you supply your own internet and device; you agree to use the service only for lawful, licensed content; and the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. This is a plain-language template — consult a lawyer for your situation.
1. The service
Stable IPTV provides an over-the-top streaming subscription delivered over your own internet connection to a device you own. We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with Bell, Rogers, Shaw, Vidéotron, Telus, the NHL or any broadcaster.
2. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are prepaid for the term you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). There is no automatic renewal.
- Payment is arranged directly through our support channel by Interac e-Transfer, credit card or PayPal.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change for future terms; your current term's price is fixed once paid.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service and site lawfully, to access only content you are entitled to view, and not to resell, share credentials, or misuse the service. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable law — see our disclaimer and IPTV & Canadian law.
4. Free trial and cancellation
Where offered, a free trial is provided as-is to let you test performance. Because plans are prepaid and non-renewing, you can simply let a term lapse; refund handling for the current term is described in our satisfaction policy on request via contact.
5. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Canadian law are unaffected.
